It's great when we can tap a spring and communities can enjoy lovely, fresh water from its source. There's a lot of work involved - including protecting it from contamination (and animals!) plus installing outlet pipes and drainage. Once it's completed, this gift will reach a whole community.

"Before, we got the water from an open pond, it was very dirty. Sometimes it would dry up and people had to walk a mile to buy water. The community gave local materials and helped excavate the drainage channel. The new source is well maintained.
